Sukiyabashi Jiro Honten

Don't panic if they take you to eat at Ghinza metro station, one of the most accredited, famous -and expensive- sushi places is there: Sukiyabashi Jiro Honten. The master octogenarian Jiro Ono (protagonist of this documentary and a whole national treasure in Japan) keep looking for perfection in each rice ball and in each cut of the mullet. Do not worry if the taxi driver does not understand the address of the restaurant, it is normal, there are no numbers on the streets, so arriving at the destination is like a gymkhana, it is best to bring a card from the premises ... and even then.

The restaurant has three Michelin stars and capacity for only ten people, very 'lucky', by the way. Just 30 minutes in which the art of Japanese cuisine will invade your being. And how much does this cost? The menu in Jiro ranges from 300 to 400 euros per guest.
